No, because if you think about it, the routine of putting your face serums on and your moisturizers, most people are like, okay, it's like a slap, dash, boom, out the door, bit of lip gloss and you're gone.

We'll go to someone and we'll pay someone for a back massage or see a physio or whatever, but we don't actually do a lot

Or it can be touched with fear because I treated a lot of cancer clients, survived after the cancer.

For example, if they had cancer somewhere, like, you know, breast cancer, something around the neck, and they developed such a strong feeling of like, oh my God, if I will touch and if I will again feel something, what is again something wrong with me? And they developed, so their body started to protect this part of the body.

Because they never touched it with love, with the warmth, but just, oh my God, if something is happening again.

You're sending a message to your nervous system or to your brain that then sends a message to your nervous system that... things aren't right, right? So if you're having those ill feelings towards yourself and touching yourself, then that's going to land in not so much a healthy way, but if you're doing it with intention and self-acceptance and loving and spending that time with yourself, it's different.

And what also I see from my experience working with the students and clients, first, we not really have this culture of we always overwhelmed with compare ourselves.

And also when I became mom first time and I start to follow some different mom's accounts and you can see someone had four kids and they are all in white and she looks perfect.
