So basically, six months ago, I took a break, and prior to that, I had taken an even longer break from my podcast.

So doesn't look great on the resume, but basically what happened was, I didn't expect it at all, but I'm in my flow of things, and then I have a crash-out week or two weeks, and I'm really not doing well.

And it basically led me to go get diagnosed or tested to see if I had anything going on with myself.

Let's just say the results came back with flying colors, and it was a shock to me.

It was like, you know, you're taken back all the way to, like, when you remember as a child, and you're reevaluating yourself, and it led me to completely not know my place on the internet and the life I had created, which sounds quite dramatic, but it's how I felt.

And I was questioning everything from, can I handle 1,000-person run clubs? Do I want to be online? Do I want to share my story? How am I ever gonna share this? And so I gave myself grace, and I did not rush to make a podcast episode.

I, I generally didn't know how to go about it, and I did find it easier to come back onto YouTube in January.

And I had opened up a little bit about these diagnoses, diagnosises? I don't know how to say that, in a few different areas of my vlogs, but not fully going into the whole story and how I really felt about it all.

So I wanna share today how I felt about it, what it brought up for me, how it kind of changed my direction a little bit, and how I've dealt with it, basically.
