I mean, some things, okay, yes, I do think that some things I just would rather they did not happen on this planet.

And also with other things, sometimes it's like, you know what, for me in that specific instance, maybe that needed to happen in order to reveal that, oh, okay, that relationship doesn't align with me or that action doesn't align with me.
Yeah, and I think, There's something really deep about this work of choosing to forgive that this element of acceptance is actually really beautiful and empowering.
And so that's also kind of the shift, right? If you're the two-year-old who doesn't want to take a nap and you start to shift into knowing the beauty and the value of forgiveness, I think people go, well, I can't forgive because then I'm saying what they did is okay.
And what I say is, no, is when you begin to embrace exactly what you were saying.
And so to believe this never should have happened, it's like, is that true? It happened exactly as it needed to for you to evolve into the next version of yourself.

And thinking about, you know, the toddler mind and the more mature mind, it kind of has me thinking about, we wish these things didn't happen, but maybe it's just growing pains, right? Like as we're growing and maturing, as we're learning how to state boundaries, as we're learning how to adapt in relationship, it's not always a pleasant experience.

But that doesn't mean, you know, but it still serves a purpose, right? But I'm also really curious, as you talk about these grievance stories, It's an interesting word choice, right? And here on my podcast, we've talked a little bit about the stories in our mind, but will you kind of expand on that a little bit?
So as part of discovering what your grievance story is, and actually I have a free forgiveness workshop that if you want to link to, that'd be great.
