And what I really want you guys to do is as you're listening to this, I want you to just allow the questions, allow the energy, allow it to just all marinate, feel it, notice where you feel it in your body.

Is it a sensation? Is it flowy? Is it restricted? Like really feel it in your body because that's where everything lives, right? Like we get sometimes so in our heads and we think everything is just logical and thinking and that is, it's a piece.

It's a huge part, but it's not the only part, right? Like so much of life is lived in the body and we spend most of the time thinking it's just in our head and in our brain and in our thinking and it's not.

So I want you guys to really get into the body, feel these questions, feel where they come up, feel where, again, it feels heavy or stagnant or maybe it feels good and free or maybe it feels curious or there's something there, right? And if anything that is said in these categories, like write these down, journal about them, ask yourself, really, really ask yourself and not just like casually in a, okay, yeah, just another like thing to do, right? Another podcast, listen to it.

No, like really feel them, feel them, feel what it feels like to experience them and feel what it feels like to really get curious about where are you at in your life, right? Like what do you actually want? What do you actually want? You have to be honest with yourself.

And if you're willing to go there and if you're willing to consistently like stay curious, stay excited, right? Stay lit up about your life and where you're going.

If you want to see physically around you, things be moved and shifted, right? You're not going to get there by being stagnant.

You're not going to get there by staying on the hamster wheel and pushing and striving and never taking a second to take a breath and to look around and to get curious.

You literally have to be a part of the creation of this life that you are building, this life that you are dreaming of.

So the first area and also just a side note at any time, like when I do this stuff, I get so passionate with myself and I get so like intense about it.

So in no way at all am I judging or, you know, it's the energy is never coming from that place.
