Um, very emotional, even for me, and it causes, honestly, cognitive dissonance.
We all face evil and suffering, though, eventually, so I think it's important that we wrestle with some of this.
You know, John Eldredge said, and I'm gonna paraphrase him, basically, if you don't realize that the context of the life you live is the context of war, you'll misinterpret 90% of what happens to you.
Because Earth is more like a battleship in the middle of a war, and we have an enemy that wants to kill and steal and destroy us.
And so if we picture Earth like this cruise ship, we're gonna be shocked and disillusioned when we get shot at, and we, we take hits, we get wounded.
But if we know, in fact, that this world is locked in a spiritual war, we won't be surprised, and we will learn how to overcome.
Now, how do we fight? How, how do we overcome evil in this world? Well, I want to say just a few things about that.
On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds." Now, I'm not gonna go into all of what that means today in this video.
But I think here's the simplest summary of how we overcome evil, how, how we fight.
