We love you and we are very sorry for your loss, first and foremost, because we both have experienced grief close to us and we know the pain of it.

So we're really sorry for what you're going through.

And it's really wonderful to hear that you have had such a solid support alongside you.

Like that is something really to celebrate.

I think sometimes we underestimate the impact of having someone supporting you through grief because it can be such a personal experience and you're kind of feeling like you're going through your own thing.

But

to have someone to lean on and to have someone to support you through it is such a gift.

And I'm just like I'm so relieved that our Wigatoni had someone by her side.

I also wanted to acknowledge that this dilemma is really relatable, especially with this being a mental health podcast, because mental health and the medications that you take to navigate your mental health challenges can directly decrease your

libido.

Yeah, it's quite a common side effect.

I think the two go hand in hand.

Like if you don't have a sexy

mind, you're not getting sexy down there.

Got it.

You know what I mean? Totally.

So I think that obviously grief is unique.

Not everyone has experienced it.

But I think that the way that this dilemma is relatable to people listening is that sometimes you just don't feel like having sex.

And then when you get back into that groove again or want to get back into that groove again, it can feel really overwhelming.
