The first thing is this Cornell University... lawsuit it is a lawsuit so i can call it that that's been happening i made a video about it there's one thing i wish i would have made clear in that video but even since i made the video more information has come out um so In case you're unaware, essentially, a couple weeks ago, a woman who went to former students of Cornell University, the college, the university in New York, she filed a lawsuit against Cornell University, the college, against seven men.
There's my thumbs up.
Against seven men.
against a bar in that area, against her sorority, against their fraternity because they were frat brothers.
They're on the Cornell University chapter level as well as on the national organization level.
So she's doing a bunch of people and essentially it goes back to an incident she says took place in October of 2024.
She at the time was under the legal drinking age, under 21.
I think she was at 20.
And she... had drinks at her sorority house that she lived at.
And then she went to Mooney's, the bar where her sorority was having an event there.
She had at least one drink at Mooney's.
She went to a second bar.
She didn't drink there.
And then she, according to her lawsuit, stumbled alone to the frat brother's house because one of the men that she is suing, she is friendly with.
And so she went to go see him.
She gets to the house, and according to her, she...

I'm going to use consent loosely at the beginning of this, and then we'll probably drill down a little later.
But for all intents and purposes, the way you read the lawsuit, it seems like she initially agreed, granted while intoxicated, that's why we'll talk about consent, but initially agreed to engage in a three-way with at least two men.

And so men who are on this chat and in this fraternity begin coming upstairs, a total of about five.
And more things begin to happen with this woman that she is not wanting or agreeing to.
