Um, the first thing I wanna share with you, the biggest problem is actually the greatest blessing for the women that I serve.

So when I'm working with women in the second half of life, they, they see this situation as a problem.

They want it to be purpose-filled, but they don't wanna work in that nine to five or even longer hours.

They want to enjoy their life, have peace and joy, and enjoy their grandchildren and travel, but they also want purpose-driven, a purpose-driven business in the marketplace.

They don't believe that they can have it all, that they can have it, have both things.

So they step into these purpose-driven places, um, but there's this fear that's kind of holding them back because they think, "In order to succeed, I need to sacrifice.

I need to become out of alignment with they, what they believe the Holy Spirit is telling them." And so it's really, um, a beautiful, a moment, if you will, when I work with women and they really realize, "Oh my, oh my goodness.

Um, Lord, you want me to be able to work with rhythm and flow." As a matter of fact, in Matthew 11:28, um, 11:28 through 30, I don't always read the p- message translation, but this was pointed out to me, these specific verses, specifically in the message translation, because when you read it, it talks...
