One pattern that I've seen in a lot of people is that most people don't evolve.

For example, I've seen people who never change in their speaking, in, in their leadership, in their finances.

They're pretty much li- uh, they, they're living the same life, right? It's like they actually died 30 years ago mentally.

So a while back, I was at the airport because I was traveling and somebody came to me and said, "Vishal, you know I'm a big fan.

I've been watching your videos for the last eight years and can I take a photo with you?" I said, "Sure." He took a photo and then he said, "You know, can you give me some tips?" I said, "Tips now? What do, what do you mean tips? What...

How can I help you? What, what exact tips?" And he said, "Well, you know, I've been struggling with public speaking for the last seven years.

Do you have any s- quick tips for me?" I said, "Listen, do you have a mentor?" He said, "No." "So have you joined anybody's...

a practical mentor's program? Not some ch- some cheap courses, but have you joined somebody's program?" "No." "Okay.

How do you learn?" He said, "Random YouTube videos." I said, "Here's the thing, buddy.

You're repeating the same mistakes, the same lessons, and that's why you're not growing." See, it's not his fault, but it's his responsibility.

He probably picked it up from somebody else where maybe he was taught that, "Hey, don't join anywhere else.

Just keep watching YouTube videos to change your life," right? And there is nothing wrong with videos.
