So remember what I was saying, what would I teach people at a very young age if I had, but ultimately I would teach it to anyone that I would meet? And that is ultimately about your perception.

We tend to think the world is a very objective place, or at least from our viewpoint.

And I even looked this up today, but the unconscious mind, or I should say the brain in this point, which is still the unconscious, I thought it used to be around two million.

Well, whoever they are may have even upped it to like a billion or so, or at least like 10 million.

Now, if you were to imagine being consciously aware of being able to take in, let's just say, a million bits of information per second, how would you feel? Do you think you could operate? Do you think you'd wake up in the morning being bombarded every single second? Absolutely not.

I know I'd be under this kind of table just kind of shaking because I wouldn't be able to understand what is happening to me.

And how does it take that information in? Well, it takes it in through our five senses, our visual, our auditory, our kinesthetic, which is our touch, our olfactory, which is our smell, and then gustatory, which is our taste.

So through the five senses, it takes all this information and then it puts it into bits of information.

I don't remember the exact stacks, but what maybe it's like 120 bits of information.

This is what your unconscious mind is doing all the time, let alone if you're going through stressful situations.

And by the way, once again, why this is important is you're gonna understand how the brain works, the unconscious mind works, and then what to do to be able to make the biggest shifts in your entire life.

It will give you the inside information to make the change you absolutely deserve.

When I got this, although it's very simple in its nature, if you really take it on, it will let you break free in so many different ways.

So going back to getting all the information in through our five senses, your brain has to be able to make it even simpler.
