There's still a shortage of supply chain talent, especially in life sciences.

And being able to build the relationship that we're going to be able to connect companies, mid-sized companies.

But when you look at... at the life sciences in healthcare, you've got the hospitals, you've got the distributors, you've got the wholesalers, you've got the manufacturers and the suppliers.

Because the linkage is going to come through building people and building relationships.

Because if we're going to survive in the next 10, 15 years, we've got to start having better end-to-end talking relationships.

We've got to have the people that work in the hospitals talk to the distributors, talk to the manufacturers.

And That's a skill set that I think we've been missing that I think you can bring to it.

And we're seeing that the healthcare systems and the life sciences organizations are making that journey together.

And that makes me think about our goals and why we're coming together, the two of us, human, MDM consulting.

What are we trying to do? And one of the things that we've talked about is bringing the right expertise to these organizations in healthcare, in life sciences, to help them be able to bring the right talent to their organizations.

And from bringing that right talent on, be able to allow that talent to create the right processes and then bring technology in that enables the work to be done the right way.
