We're going to start with my apology.

Oh.

What have you done to offend us?

Well, last week, talking about football, which is something I don't do very often, and I mentioned England's win over Ghana, and I had an email from a listener pointing out that actually England didn't win over Ghana.

It was a nil-nil draw, which must have been terribly frustrating.

Though I used to play for a very bad cricket team, and because we were so bad, we used to be pleased if we had a draw.

But we had categories of draw.

There was a losing draw, a draw draw, and there was a winning draw.

So maybe for England that was a winning draw.

Well, it did get them through into the next round.

Well, there you are.

That's like our cricket team.

Yes, a winning draw.

So you were half right.

Okay.

So England played against the Democratic Republic of Congo yesterday.

Mm-hmm.

Listen to this next week.

And they won.

And I'm not, let's say, that into football.

But midway through the second half, I thought, well, I'll just see what the score is.

So I went on to my BBC app and it said, this is the score.

do you want to watch it in 3D? 3D? 3D.

And I said, well, of course I want to watch it in 3D.

I mean, who do you think you're talking to? Yes.
