And I'm very glad that we did, but we don't outsource our housekeeping, for example, which is a growing trend in the industry.
It fundamentally comes down to, in my opinion, it's about that sense of ownership.
Where there's a high-level expertise needed, then yes, of course, we'll bring in outside help.
