Hip work requirements starting January 1st, 2027 non-exempt healthy Indiana plan members ages 19 to 64 must lock 80 hours a month of work, school, job training or community service to keep coverage without compliance checked quarterly, anyone applying in January, 2027, must already meet that requirement in October, November, and December of this year.

So make sure that you're getting that stuff done, especially if you or your caregivers have coverage under the Healthy Indiana Plan.
You don't want to lose coverage yourself.
You don't want your employees to lose coverage, especially if they're part-time.
So make sure you're documenting that.
Make sure you have people who, if they're on your payroll, who are getting coverage through the Healthy Indiana Plan, you're taking care of them when it comes to their hours.
DODD and ODM have proposed changes to the individual options, level one and self waiver programs that would take effect in January of 2027 if approved.
The 30 day public comment period runs from August 28th to September 27th.
So the Ohio Department of Aging is replacing legacy IT systems with the new systems on aging.
And it's called SH.
