Tell us about some missing paperwork.

Jenna RayGUEST
yes this is another super super super common one um there's a lot to keep up with in home care there's a lot of papers you have to sign there's a lot of visits you have to track there's notes that are required there's quarterly reporting that's different across every single different kind of service so Always just make sure you have some way to organize yourself and that you have completed documentation for every single visit, which I know is a lot of visits.

Jenna RayGUEST
I mean, seriously, even like five or six clients gets to be a ton of paperwork like you can't even imagine.

Jenna RayGUEST
So things like notes and not having them completed on time or anything that's vague.

Jenna RayGUEST
Something we also hear a lot is maybe caregivers go and There is a very similar visit, and so they just duplicate those notes on to another visit type.

Kind of wrapping up today, what should we do to protect our agency? Do you have any tips for that?
