What about colors? I know it's very personal and people are all different, but it's like kitchen cabinets.

It was all white, and now it's starting to go to an off-white or a gray.

What are the colors that you're seeing in bathrooms right now that seem to be hot?

So the hottest colors are typically as far as like your shower and bathtub walls, if you want to go that direction, or something usually in either the gray tones or there are still some earth tones out there.

But the gray tones seem to be the higher of the two.

It just depends on the person's particular style.

Yep.

And that has a lot to do with it, too.

When it comes to one thing that people don't think about when they're doing baths is ventilation.

So tell us about that, because that can be a real problem if you don't have proper ventilation going on.

Absolutely.

What you find out is, you know, and I'm not bashing anybody or builders, but when builders build homes, a lot of times they will cut corners to save costs.

And so we run into a lot of issues where the vent in the bathroom doesn't even vent to the outside.

It just goes up into the attic.

Yeah, and so now you've got all that steam going into your attic, and boy, that's not

good.

No, it's going to create mold and mildew in your attic.

Right.

And so, obviously, if we find those situations, we're going to make sure it's vented to the outside and take care of that to make sure you're not going to have those problems in the future.

But ventilation is very important because you get a lot of steam in those rooms, especially if it's a smaller, typical hall bath like a 5x7.

And what does steam grow? Mold.

Exactly.

And a lot of times people tend to undersize those vans too, right? Yeah.

Yeah, I mean, the builders don't put big ones in to start with.

I mean, it's just your standard size, and so probably like an 80 CFM.
