Chicago health leaders say this out-of-state domestic traveler was in Chicago for nearly 24 hours after coming in on an Amtrak train at Union Station.

This comes as Kane County is also investigating its second measles case, which they say involves a person who is already vaccinated.

The Chicago Department of Public Health says a person traveling from Sedalia, Missouri, arrived in Chicago through Union Station on August 27th around 1030 at night, then stayed overnight in the city before heading back to Union Station on August 28th around 9pm to travel to Rochester, New York.

The department is now working to contact anyone who may have been exposed, as it could take up to three weeks before infected people start feeling symptoms.

In general, what you should expect is within a week or two, and again, the kind of longest stretch is three weeks, you could develop a cough, you could develop fever, you can develop a rash.

The last measles exposure investigation reported by Chicago's Health Department involved an international traveler who was passing through O'Hare Airport in late June.

Meanwhile, in Kane County, health leaders are investigating their second measles exposure this summer.

This one considered a breakthrough case as the person was already vaccinated.

Now back to who I'm asking the boots for.

Number three, happening in Illinois, a measles testing site is open in Kane County after a rare case linked to Caneland High School is confirmed.

Health officials say measles is extremely contagious and spreads easily.

The vast majority of students, more than 97% of them at this school, have been vaccinated.

In a statement, the school district says, the health, safety, and well-being of our students, staff, and school community remain our highest

priorities.

ABC's John Garcia, the testing site is set up in the parking lot of the Kane County Health Department for anyone who may have been exposed to measles at the high school.
