Chronic fatigue, MCAS, Hashimoto's, medical gaslighting, chronic inflammation, and accelerated aging. What if the explanation (and fix) were much more simple that we are lead to believe? Over 10…

I had a client ask me a few weeks ago, "Can you just walk us step by step through how you got through the diagnosis of Hashimoto's?" And gosh, I was so young.

I was in my twenties or late teens when they first started kind of investigating and getting me pills to, uh, for my thyroid.

I've always had this, this knowledge, this awareness that, um, ill health, it can't be permanent.

It- our bodies are true, true miracles, and I think that so much of my health struggles have been so that I can get over them because in all truth, most of the clients that I have are struggling with some sort of immune disorder.

Uh, but, uh, I've been through a lot of autoimmune diagnoses, and I'm happy to report that none of them are true for me right now.

I refused to own them, and I sought other ways to heal myself, and that's what-- It's my love.

Um, the second most common thing that I see in women that come to work with me is menstrual and fertility issues.

I got the HPV virus and cancerous cells and PMDD, um, amenorrhea, so much, and none of that is true for me today.

You guys, when I tell you that your body can shift any illness, I truly mean any illness.

And I, I wanna honor that just because that's my truth, that doesn't mean that that will be everyone's truth.

It does take a certain amount of belief, a certain amount of effort to really shift because we are in a society that does not support that kind of healing, the healing that looks to be miraculous, the healing that happens outside of, um, m- mechanical healing or Western healing, you know, like, um, drugs, [chuckles] using prescriptions.

And it's possible, and myself and my clients and many other people will light the way and the path so that you can come with us.

I also wanna say that this is also [chuckles] not saying that I'll be completely healthy the rest of my life.
