🚨 New Looks for the Mariners? Seattle's Next Trade Targets & Roster Upgrades! The **Seattle Mariners** are still looking to strengthen their roster, and the latest rumors could completely reshape…
If we're taking a look at what we saw in the minor leagues, yeah, he has an uphill battle happening.
But nonetheless, if we see a good Brendan Donovan, the rest of the year that may be one of those one of the answers that we weren't able to grab in the trade deadline so excited for brendan donovan to at least be back and hopefully get back to uh to his form um acquired taylor ward uh yeah this one's this one's uh kind of you know Is he going to help? I'm a firm believer in some guys just need to change the scenery.
And then
But
2023, 872.
2024, 620.
2025, 541.
And 2026.
Now granted, some of these are sample sizes.
I believe his largest was 2023.
Or sorry, his largest was 2024, where he had a 620 OPS.
And then in 2026, he had a 385 OPS in a pretty small sample size.
However...
We got him.
And is he going to help this lineup? Is he going to help? Is he actually going to help? That's what I'm excited to see him do.
If he's towards the bottom of the lineup, which I believe they're – I think they have him eighth in the lineup tonight.
If he can – even just do some clutch hitting, right? If his risk is actually decent, if he is putting runs across the plate, whether he's scoring them or bringing them across in the seventh, eighth or ninth innings, I think that's a bit of a win because those are things that we have struggled with not only this year, but as of late and as we kind of need a team to do.
So if he's able to do some of those little things, um, where he's showing a little bit of a clutch factor, in my opinion, I think you're getting a win out of it.
And I don't think you didn't have to really give up a whole lot.
Worth it to kind of see what we're going to move forward with.
The rest of the transactions, we also got Sir Anthony Dominguez, who, yes, we did get to see last night, and it wasn't good.
