So I came up with that parallel when one of my leaders said when they graduated from high school, they were given a briefcase.

And their grandmother told them, this is a briefcase where you're going to be gathering stuff that you will need one day.

I feel like through the experiences I've had and my learnings, I've been gathering sort of little tools here and there that I only pull out when I need them.

So the five things that I wanted to get across in my talk, and you just hit upon a couple of them, is how to be flexible and creative, right? Leadership is about being flexibility, looking at the environment you're in, And adjusting yourself.

I find a lot of times we feel like, why isn't the team doing this? Well, team's not going to do anything.

And, you know, I love to hear, I quote Mahatma Gandhi all the time, become the change that you want to be.

So if we tie that back into astrology, over the decade or so, it has... completely changed over to being automated markers.

And I think that that is exactly where anybody leading in that space has to morph to.
