Well, I've seen every type of injury you can think of, from bad shoulders to bad elbows to fingers that get messed up.
Don't get me started.
Um, wrists, basically anywhere that you're putting pressure is subject to really getting hurt.
If your form is terrible or if you are over bowing yourself.
And I guess the, the, before we get go down the path of how do you know if something's starting to go wrong or what do you do when you eventually get there? Um, we should probably talk about what over bowing is.
Um, What do you tell people it is when we say that they're overbowed?

I see kids... wanting to be a big boy or a big girl and they're holding, trying to hold their bow out.

But yeah, so, and then the other thing is the jaw, you know, so I see both of those.
Okay.
So for me over bowing, could be a lot of different things it doesn't necessarily mean that you're shooting something that is way too heavy because it's usually that's the case but it can also be um just shooting just a little bit too much weight with bad form because even a little bit too much weight i'm talking about two or three pounds here or there extra if you have bad form over time, will really, really do some damage.
And a lot of weight with bad form is even worse.
So if you're not comfortable with the weight that you're pulling, sooner or later, something's going to go wrong.
