What if learning herbalism meant less memorizing and more tasting, exploring, and understanding? In this episode, I'm joined by my good friend Rosalee de la Forêt for a behind-the-scenes look at her Herbal Energetics course. We chat about how herbal energetics helped her move beyond matching herbs to conditions and develop a more practical, confident approach to working with plants. We also get into what it's actually like to be a student, including: - The five flavor modules, live herb tastings, and hands-on recipes - Guest teachings on Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, humoral temperaments, and phytochemistry - The weekly time commitment and how to fit your studies into everyday life - Live classes, Q&As, and connecting with fellow plant people - The optional certificate path and support to help you follow through - Lifetime access and the two-week refund window If you've been curious about the course, this conversation will help you get a feel for the teachings, the community, and whether it's a good fit for you.
