If you look at social media, every entrepreneur is constantly investing, scaling, going to retreats, and hiring the next big coach. But I just made a major financial decision for my business that most…
Cindy KumarHost
Today, I wanna share how I made a financial decision that no one on social media would consider exciting.

They would actually think of it as a step backwards, and it's not investing in my business for the next 12 months.

Now, ever since I started my business four years ago, I've been working with some sort of coach, some sort of consultant.

I've been working with so many different people, And I feel like I haven't fully let myself just be in the business.

Now, we always think that if we want to get to the next level, we have to invest.

But the question is, for how long? I was having this conversation with my mentor, business therapist, Fizzlene, about how I've been spending so much money, putting it back into the business.

But when it comes to like my personal wealth goals, financial goals, like I've just put it on the back burner.

And she actually gave me this idea of not investing in anything business related for the next 12 months.

Since it would allow me to be creative, start implementing the things I've learned.

Because I've learned so much and I don't think hiring another consultant, coach can tell me anything I haven't already learned or know.

And the reality is I'm thinking about Cindy 20 years from now, 30 years from now.

Like I don't want to be a tax strategist, a CFO working in the business until I'm like 60 or 70.

The goal is to build up cash flow from the business where I can invest it, earn passive income on it, And then that way when I do retire, I have like a safety net already built up and I have options.

But it's not like I'm taking on clients or forcing things or forcing myself to be in the business because I need the money.
