So I guess go into a little bit more about the work that you do, how you do work with those solo operators with small teams.

And it has really come out of a place of understanding this mental and physical piece that I feel like is missing from a lot of the engagements out there.

And as I sat with founders and talked about marketing, we were not just talking about marketing, right? We were talking about these very things we're talking about right now, where you have this loss of energy in the team, or you've got some communication issues, or You know, you've got some kind of failure to grow piece and it's because there's, you know, ICP that doesn't match anymore or a wrong targeting I mean it was like we were moving way beyond some of the marketing stuff and into.

I'm afraid to close bigger deals, or I'm afraid to, you know, do these things.

A lot of that was the thing that I experienced in a corporate environment where it was like a visionary CEO who can build this amazing stuff and get it out into the market.

They're also going at a speed that the rest of the team can't keep up with and they're driving everybody crazy, right? Because they're like, we can do this and now we're going to do this.

And you have a team that feels frustrated and guilty and, you know, they're working crazy hours and their energy gets depleted.

And so once I started looking at all of that and I could see that that thing that happened to me, I could see it playing out with a lot of the clients I was working with.

I went back to get some more training so that I could offer something else to go with the marketing piece.

And that was like the support on where your values are in conflict, where your strengths and values are in conflict with the next step of where you're going.

So taking that really practical piece, but extending it beyond just marketing campaigns.

And then also you have to have the energy to execute what you're doing, right? And if your energy isn't big enough to be solving a lot of these problems that are ahead of you, then now you're operating from the stress response and the stress response absolutely kills your ability to think creatively.

So just being able to bring those pieces into my client has just been, it's been so fun because you see people come in with a really specific problem, like a revenue problem.

And then now we need to talk about you know, is this a conflict in your strengths? Like we're going to use your strengths and they're really wonderful, but how can we use them to move yourself, you know, move you and your organization to the next level? And now we're getting into the energy piece.
