So when I think about this, for me, it was definitely being in the fitness world.

I started in 2013, first ever version of my business, boot camp, Central Park, New York, and then it evolved from there.

You know, some of the wild stuff that people say and how they make especially women feel about their bodies.

And I found it to be really challenging to walk away from because at this point it was like I put five years in.

And the hard part about this, and you might notice this too, maybe, is that when you get to a point where you don't really want to still be doing your business the way you're doing it, and maybe it's not even the industry, you know, maybe you're in coaching and you still love coaching, but you just want to do it differently.

It becomes really, really hard because it's kind of like being in that job that you don't hate, right? So you're not going to quit, but you don't love it either.

It's so much easier when you really don't like it and you're forced to walk away.

And I found that it was also really hard to say, OK, if I change this, I start from zero.

But I think it's the point where I just remember having this feeling like I want something more.
