When I had my daughter 20 years ago, career stall was something that I was good at my job, I'll do what I'm doing the best, but I'm not going to hustle, be as aggressive that I would normally be.

Being a new mom, it felt like I'll do my job, be the best, but I'm not going to do everything else that we need to do, like networking, going and speaking, thought leadership.

Just going back to the analogy of like you're working out, you got everything that you wanted to do, you're trying different things, strength training, or you're trying to like maybe do some running, cardio.

Similarly, in my career, I did like development, I did the management, I did DevOps, I've been in so many different roles.
