So in the last episode, when I was talking about grieving the old version of your relationship, I said, and this is verbatim, just don't let the grief stop you from seeing the potential of what you might build tomorrow.

If you make the choice to heal your relationship together, all of that is true.

But what I didn't say in the last episode, and what I should have said, was that if you choose not to heal within the context of your relationship and you choose to leave, the same applies.

Don't let the grief stop you from seeing the potential of what you might build tomorrow for yourself.

You can do whatever it is or be whatever you want to be, regardless of the outcome of your relationship.

Whether you stay or move on, the most important commitment you can make is to become the version of yourself that you were always meant to be.

It's about clearing space and reclaiming your capacity for a future that is healthier, happier, more joyful, and more meaningful than the one that you're currently grieving.

I think it would be helpful to talk about these two paths here for a moment because there's often so much fear surrounding both.

So if you choose to stay and do the work, we have to let go of the idea of getting back to the way things were.

You are literally tearing down what's left of the foundation you lived on for years, and you are building something entirely new.
