I talk a lot about the fact that I stopped going to the gym for what I call, you know, sort of more vanity reasons.

And, you know, after menopause, obviously bone strength was of such concern to me after really understanding what hormones can do.

Because I think that people don't really understand the difference from going to the gym, you know, because you want to look good in a dress or going to the gym because you want to walk and be strong when you're 85.

There was a perception shift, a lens shift that made going to the gym, you know, where I used to blow it off all the time.

Can you talk to us a little bit about how, you know, the need for strength training or the need to really care about our bones matters so much at this time?
Well, you know what, that as the primary motivator, meaning feeling amazing today, being able to do what you want, when you want it for the rest of your life.
