Season 1 Recap, Season 2 Coming Soon!

To build an ark, we just needed to find that place still laboring in the age of sail.

Not only does such a place exist, but Nova's maternal ancestors came from there.

There are some things better not done by beginners.

And while this whole dream falls into that category, the shipbuilding phase is the most insane.

I can see my future self three years from now, frustrated, cheated, bankrupt, Nova and my relationship in ruins.

I will be yet another who walks away, leaving one more husk on the beach of broken dreams, a gravestone to our failed ambitions.

The hunt for a ship started immediately after hanging up the phone with Nova.

Crucially, with a recycled chip, we had to consider the soul.

And while it can't be measured in liters or meters, her spirit might be the most important ingredient.

What is the legacy of sweat and blood infused into the pores of the steel? Because later, we must reckon with those invisible forces.

At last, after over a year of searching across dozens of countries, I think I finally found the one.

The task ahead was not only to rebuild this dormant vessel into a seaworthy ship.

We also had to build a theater atop her and design the show.

All of this in only 90 days.
