So this podcast is for you if – You have ever heard in your relationship, why do I have to think of everything around here? Or why do I have to manage you? I just want to be a team.

And it's where one partner feels like they're the one that is responsible for checking the groceries or noticing that there's a trash that needs to be taken out or something picked up.

You know, from a gender perspective, this can be the female partner in a relationship sometimes, too, because it's almost a gender role.

I know I grew up on a farm and in that traditional rural type environment, my mom was the cook and took care of the groceries, the house, and so forth.

It's hard to tell if it's heart and head or truly gender, but I think most guys can't go to the grocery store.

I mean, I just think that I can't remember the last time if I had to go to the grocery store.

I think I'm functional enough to go to the grocery store to buy what I need to eat and But I think this is why, and this is why heads do it for sure, we have a tendency to eat the same thing.

Because I don't think we want to spend that much time with the mental load of figuring out what to eat.
