So as I sat down to record this final episode, I found myself reflecting on, oh my goodness, what an incredible journey this season has been.

Since February, I've had the honor of sharing conversations with 19 remarkable women from my little corner of the world here in Central Virginia and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Healers, therapists, coaches, artists, space holders, women, quietly tending the light in their own unique ways.

Over the past few months, we've wandered through conversations about somatic healing, the sacred feminine, nonviolent communication, astrology, art therapy, energy medicine, and so much more.

Each woman brought her own unique medicine, yet every conversation seemed to point us in the same direction.

And I truly hope that you've discovered a practice, a perspective, or maybe even a person whose work has really spoken to your heart.

Someone who helped you feel a little more hopeful, a little more curious, a little more connected to yourself.

And if you've missed some episodes, or maybe this is the first episode that you're listening to, if so, welcome, welcome, welcome.

May this be your invitation, right, to return to season five, or four, three, two, one, whatever episode is calling you.
