Lord, I just pray for every woman that has come to this podcast, that has come to this episode, and they're feeling heavy.

They're feeling afraid of the future, not knowing what's gonna happen, how it's gonna happen, or if they're gonna So just, just as a bonus tip, I wanna just throw this in, in here because this has been something that's been really big, and I'll probably make another episode on it.

But I think a lot of women and also just many, many people, and even when I was going through my fertility struggles, I often put so much weight and pressure on myself to fix this, to fix that, to figure out what was wrong with me if, you know, so to speak.

And like I wish someone had looked at me in that season and said, "Nothing is wrong with you.

You're just trying to heal and rebuild your body and your hope at the same time." And so I wanna tell you that, like, nothing is wrong with you.

But the-- it's very clear to me that male factors are really, really important, right? They bring fifty percent to the table.

So I just wanna-- I will just leave a quick encouragement here, but I'll probably make a whole 'nother episode on this next week.

But just a quick encouragement to tell you, don't let your partner, your spouse get away from testing, or don't let them get out of also taking care of themselves, right? I know you wanna take care of yourself, and you wanna do whatever you can to optimize your fertility, but it's really important, really, really important, fifty percent important that your partner, your spouse, is also taking steps to improve their fertility, their reproductive health, their ability to have good, healthy sperm.

I'm gonna leave that there because, uh, there's been a lot and-- that's been said, and I'm gonna make a whole 'nother episode on that.
