Uh, then speaking of period pains, I feel like this is also a question that a lot of our healers ask as well.
Mm

So does that mean I'm not normal that because people say you're not supposed to feel pain, but then at the same time, period cramps and pain is also a normal part of periods.
All right.
This is the confusing part.
Well, in the past we always think that when you have excruciating pain, when the pain is bad, okay, then that's when you get checked.
Well, there's a condition that causes period cramps.
That's what Crystal has as well.
It's called endometriosis.
So what happens is endometriosis has got stage one to stage four.
It affects different organs, therefore the symptoms that come up differ.
So I've got patients that have got, like, six, seven, eight centimeters cyst, endometriosis cysts, they don't really feel much pain, and that's because that lesion is not very near nerves.
And I've got patients that, well, the lesions are really small, like less than a centimeter, but their pain is excruciating.
So what I'll say is if you feel any symptoms that only pop up during period-
... whether it's pain, it's, it's a weird pain, it's a back pain, it's a pain shooting down your leg, it's a pain at the shoulder tip or at the chest even.
Any symptoms that come immediately before menses, during menses, and immediately after menses, get checked.
It could be endometriosis.
It may not be.
It could be other diagnosis.
