And it was kind of the first time in a long time I'd just pause and I was like, actually, no, I don't think I am.
And that inspired this whole conversation that the most underrated way to break out of overthinking is to become a better executor, a better action taker.
The main, main reason I believe that I don't overthink anymore is because I am a huge action taker.
I really, really want that to sink in because I have met very few, if any people, that are identify with overthinking that aren't procrastinating somewhere in their life, that aren't disconnected from what they know they should be doing, but aren't actually taking action on it.
And I'm going to give you an example here of where I was doing this recently.
