Our job is notoriously difficult to recruit for because, as Dan said, Some people can't talk about this day in and day out, which doesn't mean they're not doing well with their injury.

And if you are, I think where we end up being good at our jobs because we are really good at compartmentalizing stuff because we do it all day, every day.

Like there's heaps of other stuff that we deal with alongside our job that many people don't.

So if you're not good at being able to put it in a box in your brain and shove it to the side, then... you know, like this job is really hard.

And it can also, I guess one of the other ones too, it's like it deadens, sometimes it deadens your emotion.

You just don't, like some things that people find just out of control, upsetting and stuff, or that sort of angers them so quickly and you just sort of go, that hasn't, like it's registering for you.

I think over the course of a lifetime with experiencing what we've all collectively experienced, I think there comes a point where you just, well, at least I end up prioritizing what I'm going to be mad at that day.
