To me, it feels like, like, two weeks post-IRONMAN feels like no time at all, but also, it feels like it was, like...

It feels like it was so long ago, because I feel like a lot of life has happened in between now and then, at least for me.

It's like it was only two weeks ago, but also feels like it was two years ago at the same time, and I don't understand how that's possible, because time is wild.

We'll get into the race, but I'm so proud of the whole race experience, and also have to remind myself that it's important to let the comedown happen, let the body recover, kinda get back into the swing of things, do some laundry, you know, get back into eating good food at irregular intervals that's maybe not at IRONMAN build style, and spend really important quality time with my partner and my dogs and snuggle, and it's not always, like, wrapped around training.

Um, I think I actually saw a post that Paula Findlay did, like, yesterday, that was like, "Is the two weeks post-IRONMAN the best part?" And I was like, "Yes." [laughs] That is so true.

And then I would get past the IRONMAN, and I'd be like, "Actually, I'm quite tired.
