We know that there are two kinds of Arayot.
There's Arayot that there's a natural desire for, and then there's those that are not, for example, a sister.
L'maaseh, the Shulchan Aruch says that Chibuk V'nishuk by a sister, even though al pi Halacha, it's mutar, but the Shulchan Aruch coming from the Ramam says it's Megunah.
And so younger, the Poys can say under seven years old is fine.
But older than that, it's considered a Megunah dikah thing to do Chibuk V'nishuk.
Nigiah is mutar.
There's no such Nigiah because L'maaseh there's no ta'avah.
It's not a-- It's not really the Gemara's Mevua like that, but it's, it's not a, it's not a Shein Yezach.
It's a disgusting thing for a person to do.
So it's important for a person to know that, that even though technically a sister is not one of the Arayot, that there's a desire for, but L'maaseh, it's-- there's enough over there, like you see regarding Yichud, there's an Isur to be Misuyachad with a sister long-term.
So therefore, the interesting, the same similar concept, there's not an Isur, but the Shulchan Aruch and the-- coming from the Ramam says it's Megunah.
But regarding a daughter or a mother, that of course is mutar.
So even a daughter who's a Gedolah or a mother to a son, there is no Isur.
It's not Megunah.
But it's interesting that some are Machmir if a daughter is married to be Machmir not to do Chibuk V'nishuk.
Now, many people are Mekel on it, but there is definitely those that are Machmir once a daughter is married, so then they, for whatever reason, they're more Machmir when it comes to Chibuk V'nishuk.
I'm not talking about Niguiyah, I'm talking about Chibuk V'nishuk.
So BeEzrat Chibuk V'nishuk Mekar, that is mutar by any Ervah that is, that is no natural desire.
But by a sister, it's considered Megunah.
By a daughter and a mother, it's perfectly mutar.
If the daughter is married, there are those that are Machmir in Chibuk V'nishuk.
