Now in the midst of building my brand, becoming a YouTuber, and doing a lot of things that I've always wanted to do, something that I really struggled with behind the scenes was my weight.

I found that I kind of gave up a lot on my goals around losing weight because I thought it was just genetically put in me.

I thought that because everyone in my world, whether it was a family member, a friend, or people around me, was all dealing with some sort of weight issue, that that was just my fate, and I just kind of accepted it and became super lazy.

Now, that's not to say that I didn't try at different moments in my life to try to lose weight, I definitely did, but I gave up super quickly because it felt like it was hard, it was something that felt like it would take too much time out of my day, And I just didn't love the hyper focusing on my body all the time.

If only I had known that there was secrets that I could implement in my life that were very easy and efficient and really required a little to no thinking, but just more so of a mindset and body shift that required me to think better, to put effort into certain things and to be a little bit more audacious with the way that I wanted to see my life go.

And when you accept it that way too early, it actually prevents you from changing things.

Now I feel like a huge reason why I struggled to lose weight for so long was because I did not know the skinny girl secrets.

I did not know that there were certain things that you had to implement in your life that were going to make weight loss easier.

You had to like run with a weighted vest every day and jump rope and eat 200 calories a day.

But when I found out what the slender, skinny, healthy wellness girlies were really doing behind the scenes, it changed everything for me.

And I am going to share with you guys today inflammation tips to really de-puff your body because...

At the end of the day, it's not just the weight that's irritating us, it's the fact that we literally look like we have air in our stomach.

It looks like we are a chipmunk with a bunch of different acorns in our mouth, okay? Is that what chipmunks eat? I don't know, but you know how they have like the puffy cheeks? Anyways, that was what a huge part of my weight struggles were.

It wasn't even just the number on the scale, but it was me looking super inflamed and puffy.

And now I could say that even when my weight fluctuates during certain seasons and certain eras, I still look more sculpted and toned and I don't have a puffiness issue.
