When you are feeling down, where do you go to pick yourself back up?
Patrick, when you were not feeling like the best version of Patrick, where's Patrick headed?
Nowhere.
I don't have a spot that I go to to reset.
Nor do I really want one because I fear that it would corrupt it.
A place like that would be like a high importance to me.
It would almost be spiritual.
So I couldn't do that.
I couldn't bring any of the outside issues into it.
Do you feel like you would visit it a bit too often? And it would kind of take away from the magic of it? It's
probably all of the above there, yeah.
It wouldn't be the fix that I would need.
It would just be a temporary band-aid.
And even then, I'd feel like I would corrupt it nonetheless.
I'd rather fight the battle... and solve the issue than rely on a crux, but I don't, nothing comes to mind.
Like if I'm having a rough day, I just kind of put up with it until it eventually goes away and something else replaces it.
It's the ebb and flow of life.
I get that because I find, like Brian, shopping, even if I'm not buying anything, I find it really relaxing.
And one of the spots for me is the Fred Meyer in, I think technically it's Kent off 99.
I probably go there maybe once every four or five years because of exactly what you said.
I feel like the issue is because my, I view my entire world and internally.
So no matter where I go, it's often the same where I bring it.
There's not like, I mean, you could argue that like going in water would be a nice, calm, temporary fix, but the moment you get out and you don't solve the, you know, the rot or the issue that's causing it.
What was, what was the point? Hmm.
