Reach Out Via Text! In this solo episode of **The Growing Green Podcast**, Jeremiah dives into one of the most important questions every contractor…
Jeremiah JenningsHostWhat does that actually look like? Because for me, that's something that's changed over the years.
And we've had things that we're good at, things that we're bad at, things that we're getting better at.
Make the process go for a customer, but not necessarily just the customer process.
Everything that actually goes into the physical job as well, like the value portion.
What are you solving? What problem are you solving? What solution are you giving your customer? and that's something that everybody doesn't always have figured out.
You are regrading a yard because they have standing water, right? That could be part of the problem, and that could be the actual answer.
You just want to regrade the yard, solve the water from standing, or it could be, hey, we have a problem in our lawn.
The water keeps standing and we're not able to host our parties the way that we want to.
Well, then we have a different story, right? We have a totally different issue.
We are solving a problem that is stopping our clients from being able to impact their community, their friends, right? Their family potentially.
They can't host people the way they want to because they have a muddy yard.
And I think that a lot of us get caught up in the day in and the day out, the X's and the O's.
But when we lose sight of what's actually happening on a project, what is the problem? What is the real solution that we're trying to achieve here? What is the customer really wanting to have done? When we lose sight of that, I think that's when sometimes we lose some quality on a project.
