So I've made some mistakes here, learned from these mistakes, and I want you to learn from them too.

I spend a good chunk of my time at Factor PR meeting with prospective clients, and I will never take on a client I don't believe that we can get strong results for.

Not because we're like super precious about who we work with, but because your time and my time, my team's time is really too valuable to spend on a partnership that isn't set up to win.

And being in the business too of like reputation management, your reputation is more important than anything.

So everything that I'm about to walk you through, it's not gatekeeping for the sake of it.

This is the actual criteria that I look for that is going to predict more success than, say, your competitor down the street.
