So for people who don't really know then, if you were to, the elevator pitch on the values, the purpose, and the model, what, what is that?
Well, uh, the, um, the values that everybody signs up for, uh, is to be, um, uh, diverse.
Diverse in every sense, not just in terms of demographics, which is hugely important, but also in terms of, uh, skill set, uh, experience, uh, and, and thinking.
Um, and then to be dynamic, so to be able to respond quickly, to be agile, to fit in with e- or already established teams sometimes.
Because often there's a, a team where there's existing, uh, people are, who are very good, but they need additional support, and there's lots of examples of that that we're involved in now.
So to do things that are not just financially driven, that have a social and environmental, uh, uh, benefit.
And the final one, which is the sort of impor- most important overarching one, is to be collaborative.
And I think c- being collaborative, uh, a- a- any, anyone you ask will say that they are collaborative.
And- It, you have to have a certain set of values, and you have to really have a good judgment about trust and about respect and about all these things that f- a relat- good relationships are based on, 'cause that's what it's all about, basically.
So I'm not sure if that's the elevator pitch, but that's, that's the, the val- the values that-
I suppose the elevator pitch from the sort of client's point of view is they get to tap into, uh, you know, a wealth of knowledge and experience, but people that already know each other and they enjoy working together and they'll, are aligned around the values already, and that means you can really hit the ground running and, and do good things.
