Whatever your most important goal is, whatever the most important metric is for that goal, track how much time you're investing each day.

If you sleep eight, that's seven times eight, which is 56, which leaves 112 waking hours.

Of the 112 waking hours, even if you have a full-time job, 40 hours a week, you still have 72 left.

And I've said this myself many, many times to myself and to my clients, but it never ceases to amaze me.

Maybe not you now because you've been tracking your habits for 11 years and you've learned to master it.
