So this is where, as I said, it gets very exciting to, and I've just done a training actually in our community of everybody in our communities at a different stage.

It might be really established and you're wanting to think, am I ready to scale? Am I ready to franchise? What's the next step for me? And the important thing, it's really important to understand when you're ready and when you're not.

As you heard in the intro to this training today, I've been in business for over 18 years and building gyms, scaling gyms, having a franchise.

And I want to ensure, because this was one of my biggest mistakes by far, is in the early days, I grew way too quickly.

And that was a problem because I didn't have the skill set to be able to deal with some of the issues and the problems that were coming my way.

So today, I really want us to get focused on being clear of when are you ready to grow and when are you ready to scale? Because many children's activity businesses don't fail because they're bad at coaching.

They struggle because they accidentally build themselves a job instead of a business.

So today I'm going to show you the exact framework we use with our mentorship clients to help them increase enrollments, improve profitability and create a business that can grow without them being involved in every decision.

One of the biggest things that's really, really helped me, I'm a mom of three, 11, 7, and 2 are my children.

I said, if I had the business today that I had in the early years, I wouldn't survive because it would be too much.

But the biggest reason we run three businesses today with three children is because I've developed the skills that I want to teach you on how to grow and scale smartly and consistently without always needing you.

Because one of the biggest reasons I started gold medal business in the first place was because I was constantly seeing children's activity entrepreneurs that were stressed, were burnt out.

And that was an issue that really hit a nerve with me because I was like, you've got a hobby business.

Does anyone feel, just put a message in the chat, if this is you, please on live streams, if you feel stuck at a revenue ceiling.
