And her partner, Danielle, who they're also from business together as well, wasn't on live, but it was a working relationship that we worked very closely together over the last 12 months.

So, you know, as Chantal was sharing with you, you know, the biggest thing is, you know, Chantal and Danielle had... pretty good size business they came to me with about it's around 330 students they have now got about 500 and yes we did do a lot of work on marketing and student growth but the biggest thing that I worked with because I said Chantel worked and mentioned a little bit on Facebook ads and you know we helped them get that up and running and learn how to actually manage them and make them work rather than just putting money down the drain and feeling like they haven't got that you know the everything in place and all the KPIs and knowing what to manage and what to ask and how to actually drive the Facebook ads.

It's like, should I put them on or should I keep them off? And I'm like, do you know how to manage them? Have you got the right systems in the backend to ensure they're actually going to work? If the answer is no, don't put them on yet.

But the biggest thing with Chantal and Danielle, as Chantal mentioned, They had a good size business, but it was running them.

So we've done a lot of work internally in terms of really helping them step out the business and having the confidence.

Because one thing, and Chantal will not mind me sharing this, but one thing Chantal was struggling with was, you know, it's her baby.

And it's like we work so hard on that delegation piece and knowing actually what to delegate.

And actually how to do it correctly rather than having bad experience with delegation and thinking, oh, do you know what? Stuff it.

So they're now in that position that they're very, very close to having the business run completely without them.

And now they've got so much opportunity at their fingertips and so many ideas that they now can implement, which will then impact the cash flow in the business because they've got the time to actually do it.
