Were The Girlfriends Sexier Than the Ladies of Living Single

But I said, let me think about this for a second.

Living Single, Girlfriends.

As the ladies of Girlfriends have said, there would be no Girlfriends if it wasn't for Living Single.

So they acknowledge that, and that's, that's fine.

And chronologically, that's how it happened.

But thinking back, both shows, the girls were...

Well, for, well, on Girlfriends, they were really sexualized.

I don't mean that in a bad way.

They were, they were, they, they talked, they literally talked about a lot of sex stuff.

Living Single was a little more about just the friendships, and we had the cousins with Synclaire and, and Khadijah and all that.

But Rae, Rae Jean was very s- was very sexual and all that, and, and so was Max to a certain level.

And then, uh, later on in seasons when we got, um, Synclaire and Homeboy together, they were sweeter, but there was something sexual there.

And of course, Max and, and, uh, and other Homeboy with the deep voice, they really had this chemistry.

So, but I'm not giving people...

But here's the thing.

I think people at home...

Well, here's the thing.

Neither show, I think Living Single wasn't sold as a huge sex pot TV show.

It was not Charlie's Angels or Three's Company, no.

It was sold on the fact these, these friends who have businesses and lives, and they had some, they had some sex storylines.

So they weren't overtly sexual, no.

But I'm sure people thought Max was hot, or thought, uh, Rae Jean was hot, or thought Synclaire was...

And I'm sure they, I mean, I'm sure there were guys out there who found them attractive.

Um, and with Girlfriends, of course, there was, it was much more sexual.

Plus, the times were a little different.
