How do we choose which maintenance dosing option for our patients? Well, that's a great question.
So just to recap, with gazolkimab, we know we have two different options for the induction dosing.
So one option is you can do 400 milligrams sub-Q a week, 0, 4, and 8, or 200 milligrams IV a week, 0, 4, and 8.
You then go on to maintenance dosing, and there are two FDA-approved maintenance dosing options that are both approved for Crohn's and UC.
So we have the 200 milligram every four weeks or 100 milligrams every eight weeks.
That being said, like Amy mentioned earlier, the common question we hear is which dose we choose for our patient.
So Amy and I are going to dive into some recent data that may help us in positioning these dosing options in our patients.
