It's the women's field time, uh, where we go from 30 to one, and we have certain criteria that we adhere to, but we also ad lib and bring in a lot of, I don't wanna say subjectivity, because a lot of this is just like, "Hey, this is what you did.
This is how we're grading you." Um, Bill, Bill is, uh, gonna lead us through how we view our grading system and how we apply it, not just to the leaderboard, but how the athletes got there to begin with.
If you, if you are kicking ass the way that you are expected to kick ass, then that would be a met expectation.
Even if you win, you're top, you're top of the, top of the field and you did exactly what you were supposed to do, boom, you met expectations.
You don't get an exceeds because you won overall, unless you were above and beyond the way that you were supposed to perform.
So there is a, a, a level of subjectivity on that with our own personal biases, our own personal opinions of what our expectations on you are as an athlete, and that is, I think, what is the fun discussion that we have, is what our personal expectations are and then how we rate, and then we kind of, um, average that out to get you your green, yellow or red marking there.
And now the fact that there's three of us, it's kind of a majority rules situation.
