Gatlinburg is for Everyone

Well, okay, you guys know that some of the best family memories are not the ones that you even plan.

They just kind of happen in between.

Spontaneous stop for ice cream, bear sighting, which happens pretty often in town, or just kind of watching things.

People watching is probably at the top of my list.

That's one of the reasons families have been choosing Gatlinburg for generations.

It's really easy to explore.

And so it's filled with a whole bunch of different experiences.

And really, it's kind of a multi-generational destination.

So that's what we're really diving in today.

It's what makes Gatlinburg such a beloved destination and why so many families come back year after year.

I want to kind of explore this with you, Dustin, as now a parent.

You've kind of seen this on the side of watching families come through Gatlinburg and have that experience.

Now as a parent, what are you learning as why Gatlinburg is such a special destination for families?

Definitely becoming a parent.

Made me appreciate Gatlinburg so much more in a way that I did not before.

So I worked in Gatlinburg for five years in tourism with Ripley's and then, you know, worked in some other places for Ripley's.

But I did not those five years.

I did not.

When we moved back here and we had kids, and we have three of them now, all four and under, it's just such a cool experience for me to bring my kids and see how much fun they have.

And they get to do this stuff all the time.

It is an incredible experience.

place to bring a family.

It's an incredible place to raise a family.

But seeing them and these things they think are so cool.
