color so yeah just because summer has finished it doesn't mean the garden has to lose its color and especially in an allotment when there's not much color around there's not much growing and it's nice to add some autumn color and spring color in to the allotment to keep it bright and keep it happy and give you that smile when you walk onto your plot and see everything flowering so what sort of winter flowers can you plant at this time of year so we're going to be talking about pansies cyclamen hellebore wallflower and bull planting so yeah we have planted all of them recently on our allotment we've planted Loads and loads and loads and loads of bulbs.
Absolutely loads.
We've still got loads more left to plant.
We've also planted a lot of pansies, some cyclamen, some hellebore and some wildflower.
So I'm looking forward to seeing all of those bloom.
Obviously the pansies roll out in flower and the cyclamen roll out in flower when I planted them.
But the hellebores and the wallflowers are still got a way to go in growing and hopefully we'll get some decent colour from them.
And the wallflowers have a nice smell from them so I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like.
But yes I'll definitely be looking forward to the springtime when the bulbs are all popping through and hopefully get some great colour from that.
